The Women's short sleeve T is designed to look sporty while feeling sleek and
feminine. This top is the first of it's kind - blended with 60% Bamboo and 40%
Sorona (That's the fancy name Dupont gave Corn) - it is one of our softest
feeling fabric yet! Allergies? Don't worry, because of the process, any
allergies to Corn are not likely to have any reaction to this fabric.

All products made in our ISO9000-certified Factory in China. We own a small
factory with a staff of 70 but we have partnerships with 10 other factories in
China. Supplying your needs is our duty and service.
Please notice the color but we can make any color of your choice and run lab
dips for approvals. We specialize in smaller productions for the customers who
want to run private label and build a brand. MOQ is small 250pcs per color.
Final prices for production depends on many things, labels, packaging, hang tags
etc. We have exported out of China to many different counties, USA, Canada,
Australia, UK, Czech Republic, Panama, Belgium, France and Japan. Many of these
customers in these countries we have done private label for and have many happy
customers.

we can make suggestions about moving productions out of China where cost are
still a little high because of duty's and do production in Ethiopia were coming

DuPont produces Sorona (corn) renewably sourced
polymer and has a global network of licensed fiber producers and mills that
produce fiber and fabric made
with Sorona.
Sorona is a polymer - poly meaning more than one -
Sorona is made with two ingredients. The key (and green ingredient) is Bio-PDO
- this is made through a fermentation process using a sugar - (right now this
process is using corn sugar) - much like the way beer / wine are made. The sugar
is obtained from number 2 dent field corn - not corn grown for human consumption
and this corn is bought on the open market. Bio-PDO is produced in Loudon,
Tennessee by DuPont Tate & Lyle BioProducts - a joint venture between DuPont and
Tate & Lyle, a carbohydrate company that is based in the UK.
Triexta is the generic name - in the same vein as
nylon, polyester, cotton,
linen, wool, etc. Sorona is a brand name. Sorona triexta in the fabric
composition label - we have hangtags from Dupont can use as well.
Not all triexta is renewably sourced or offers
environmental benefits. Sorona is the only environmentally smart triexta. If
you want to promote 'green' then Sorona should mention as that is the brand name
for renewably sourced biobased triexta.
Dupont buy's corn on the open market - this is
field corn used in industrial and animal feed applications, not sweet corn that
humans buy and consume. We buy BAMBOO CORN yarn that has been spun from a
certified spinning mill appointed by dupont.
